1Acceptance of Terms
By registering on WorkYug, submitting an application, or participating in any internship program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional program-specific guidelines. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2Eligibility
You may apply if you are:
- A student pursuing a recognized academic program (Engineering, Diploma, etc.).
- A recent graduate looking to gain practical experience.
- Eligible to participate in internship programs under applicable laws.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
3Internship Programs
WorkYug offers project-based internship programs designed to help students gain practical skills through structured learning, mentor guidance, and real-world projects. Program duration, learning format, and requirements may vary depending on the selected internship.
4Registration & Enrollment
To participate, students may be required to:
- Create a WorkYug account and verify security codes.
- Complete their profile with contact and academic details.
- Submit required documents (Resume, ID card).
- Complete any applicable basic assessments.
- Confirm enrollment in their chosen cohort.
WorkYug reserves the right to accept or decline applications that do not meet program requirements.
5Payments
Some internship programs may require a registration or participation fee. Before making any payment, the applicable fee will be clearly displayed. Payment confirmation will be shared through the student dashboard.
The registration fee is a flat charge. Once enrollment is processed, no refunds or cancellations will be executed, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6Student Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete details.
- Respect mentors and fellow participants in collaborative workspaces.
- Complete assigned tasks and learning activities.
- Follow program timelines and guidelines.
- Avoid plagiarism or academic misconduct.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the program.
7Certificates & Experience Letters
Students who successfully complete the internship requirements may receive an Internship Certificate and an Experience Letter (where applicable).
Certificates are digital and secure. They can be added to your resume and verified by prospective employers through our official platform.
8Intellectual Property
Learning materials, templates, videos, assignments, and platform content remain the intellectual property of WorkYug or their respective owners. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.
9Limitation of Liability
While WorkYug strives to provide high-quality learning experiences, we do not guarantee employment, placements, internships with third-party companies, or specific career outcomes.
Success in these programs depends entirely on each participant's individual effort, regular participation, task submissions, and academic performance.
10Changes to Programs
WorkYug may update internship content, program schedules, learning materials, and features of the student portal. Such changes are made to improve the learning experience whenever necessary.
11Suspension or Termination
WorkYug may suspend or terminate access if a participant provides false information, violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, or misuses the platform.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated revision date.
