Please review the internship details carefully before making a payment. Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

1Registration Fee
Some internship programs may require a registration or participation fee. Before making any payment:
- The applicable fee will be clearly displayed.
- Payment is collected only after completing the required application process (where applicable).
- Students should carefully review the program details before confirming payment.
2Refund Policy
Once a registration fee has been successfully paid, it is generally non-refundable and non-transferable because administrative processing, onboarding activities, and program preparation begin immediately.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Payment deducted but enrollment was not processed due to a verified technical issue.
- Cancellation initiated by WorkYug before the internship begins.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
3Cancellation Policy
Students may withdraw their application at any time before completing enrollment. If payment has not been made, there is no cancellation fee. If payment has already been completed, the Refund Policy described above will apply.
4Program Changes
WorkYug reserves the right to modify internship schedules, update program content, reschedule batches, or merge/postpone batches when necessary. Whenever possible, enrolled students will be informed in advance.
5Non-Attendance
Failure to attend sessions, submit assignments, or participate in the internship does not automatically qualify for a refund. Students are encouraged to contact the support team if they experience any difficulties during the program.
6Technical Payment Issues
If you experience a duplicate payment, a failed transaction with money deducted, or any payment-related issue, please contact our support team with your payment reference so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
