WorkYug is a fully digital platform. All internship documents, learning materials, and certificates are delivered electronically through your student dashboard or registered email.

1Digital Delivery
After successful enrollment, eligible students will receive access to their internship resources digitally. Depending on the internship program, you may receive:
- Student Dashboard Access
- Internship Offer Letter
- Learning Resources
- Project Guidelines
- Assessment Access
- Completion Certificate
- Experience Letter (where applicable)
No physical shipment is involved.
2Delivery Timeline
Most digital resources are made available within the timelines communicated during your enrollment. Typical delivery includes:
- Account activation immediately after successful registration.
- Internship documents once profile vetting and onboarding are complete.
- Learning materials before or at the start of the internship.
- Certificates and experience letters after successful completion of program requirements.
Delivery times may vary depending on document verification or program schedules.
3Access to Digital Documents
Students can securely access and download their available documents from the WorkYug student portal at any time. If you are unable to access your documents, please contact our support team for assistance.
4Technical Delays
Occasionally, digital delivery may be delayed due to scheduled system maintenance, technical issues, verification processes, or unexpected service interruptions. If a delay occurs, our team will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
5No Physical Shipping
WorkYug does not deliver any physical products. All internship-related documents, certificates, communications, and learning materials are provided electronically.
We do not ship books, certificates, or letters physically to your physical address. Everything is available for direct download within your secure student console.
